1 General Provisions

jaya7 ("Platform", "we", "us") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers a range of entertainment services including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slot games, and virtual sports.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. Any user who disagrees with any part of these Terms should refrain from using the platform. jaya7 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" — A user's registered profile and wallet.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — Any amount of money placed on the outcome of an event or game.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted under promotional terms.
• "Wagering" / "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money" — Funds deposited by the user themselves.

2 Membership & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the betting or gaming services on the jaya7 platform, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. jaya7 may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each user may register one account only. If a person holds more than one account, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, payment details — must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. This information should never be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension & Closure

jaya7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without giving reasons, or on the basis of a breach of these Terms. If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, the balance may not be returned.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, jaya7 may archive the account after giving prior notice. To reactivate, the user must contact the support team.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jaya7 currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile banking
• Nagad — Mobile banking
• Rocket — Mobile banking
• Upay — Mobile payment
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the method. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases it may take longer due to the verification process.

4.4 Verification

For large withdrawals or security-related reasons, jaya7 may request proof of identity and payment account. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jaya7 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (the deposit amount is not counted). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 total must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds may only be used for betting and gaming on the jaya7 platform.
• Real money and bonus funds are tracked separately; the bonus balance cannot be converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• One promotion cannot be combined with another while it is running, unless explicitly stated.
• jaya7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jaya7 may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5.4 VIP Program

jaya7's VIP program has five tiers. You can advance to higher tiers gradually through regular play:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

The details of VIP benefits and cashback payment rules are set by jaya7 and are subject to change.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or changed. jaya7 has the final authority on determining event outcomes and settling bets.

6.2 Technical Errors

jaya7 will decide on the cancellation or review of bets arising from software errors, internet disconnection, or other technical issues. Winnings paid out due to an error may be voided.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds displayed before a bet is placed may change. The odds applicable at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya7 platform and are subject to penalties:

• Fraudulent activity, using bots, or placing bets with automated software.
• Bonus abuse, such as simultaneously placing low-risk bets on both sides of an outcome (arbitrage).
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Sharing or selling account credentials to a third party.
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems or security measures.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent behaviour.

If any such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

jaya7 is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses incurred by a user through betting or gaming.
• Losses caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or any other technical issues.
• Issues caused by third-party game software providers.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own actions.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, war, epidemics, etc.

Under applicable law, jaya7's maximum liability will be limited to the actual deposit amount of the user.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

jaya7 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified through the platform as early as reasonably possible.

By continuing to use the platform after the updated terms and conditions have been published, the user is considered to have accepted those changes. It is therefore recommended to review this page regularly.
